Waverly Woods
Athens, Georgia

A Show-and-Sale wrap-up party for GHS volunteers in the gardens of show co-chairs and neighbors Sandra Bussell and Pat Brussack. First off, an appraisal of the 2018 Show and Sale, led by show chair Judy Beeler and plant sale chair Greg Ferguson. Then, on to a ramble around Sandra’s verdant hillside garden, easily traversed on elegant stone pathways. Next, a short drive over to Pat’s sprawling, gently-sloped two-acre woodland garden. Lunch will include salads, sandwiches, and sweets. Then, we'll traverse the rustic woodland path to the far edges of the Pat's property and explore close-in garden rooms featuring hostas in more formal settings. (Tour times TBA)
